CHILLIPOWDER -1TSP
TURMERIC POWDER. - 1/4TSP
FENNEL POWDER. - 1/2TSP
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1TSP
SALT TO TASTE
WATER. - 1TBSP
MAIDA. - 3TSP
RICE FLOUR. - 3TBSP
Oil to frying
METHOD :

1. WASH THE LADY FINGER AND CUT INTO SLICES,
2. MAKE A MASALA PASTE TO MARINATE IT ( RED CHILL POWER, FENNEL POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER ,GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SALT ).
AND WATER) KEEP ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES
3.PUT MAIDA AND RICE FLOUR TO COATED WELL. REST FOR 5 MINUTE.
4. PLACE A PAN ONTHE STOVE., POUR SOME OIL TO HEAT IT.
5. TO DEEP FRYING THE COATED LADY FINGER.
TO SERVE WITH RICE YUMM YUMM CRUNCY CRUMBS.
