Guava Shake
Apart from the distinctive flavour , taste and aroma, Guavas are widely known for their nutrition due to its rich source of vitamin C and anti- cancer property. So try and include this fruit more and more in your diet in different ways and stay healthy.
Ingredients:
- Guava - 1
- Sugar - 3-4 tablespoon
- Frozen Milk -350 ml
Method:
- Put Guava, Sugar, Frozen milk into a blender.
- Blend it well to a smooth mixture.
- Now stain it through a strainer without adding water.
- Finally serve it chilled.
