Banana Pepper Frittes
Ingredients:
- Banana Pepper Chilly -4
- Oil -To fry
- Gram Flour -1 Cup
- Chilly Powder -1 Tsp
- Cumin Powder -1/2 Tsp
- Asafetida -1/8 Tsp
- Salt -To Taste
- Water -1/2 cup
Preaparation:
- Make a Batter mixing the ingredients from 2-8.
- Dip the banana pepper chilly (mulaku bajji) into the batter.
- Deep fry it till it gets brownish.
- Taste it with coriander chutney to complete it.
