Ingredients:

  1. Banana Pepper Chilly  -4
  2. Oil                             -To fry
  3. Gram Flour                -1 Cup
  4. Chilly Powder            -1 Tsp
  5. Cumin Powder           -1/2 Tsp
  6. Asafetida                   -1/8 Tsp
  7. Salt                            -To Taste
  8. Water                        -1/2 cup

Preaparation:

  • Make a Batter mixing the ingredients from 2-8.
  • Dip the banana pepper chilly (mulaku bajji) into the batter.
  • Deep fry it till it gets brownish.
  • Taste it with coriander chutney to complete it.
